CPE SPONSOR:   Texas State Board of Public Accountancy requires CPE sponsors to meet high standards of excellence as providers to CPAs of continuing professional education credits.  In addition to meeting these standards for achieving CPE Sponsor accreditation within the State of Texas, CPE Sponsors are required to maintain documentation of all training records for a minimum of three years and agree to periodic audits of documentation throughout sponsorship term.

SPHR CERTIFICATION: Certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources having met with distinction the high standards of education, experience and demonstrated knowledge established by the HR Certification Institute of the Society for Human Resource Management. 

WBEA/HUB CERTIFICATION:  Certified by the State of Texas as a minority, woman-owned business. and after having met specific criteria as outlined by the WBENC standards and procedures, Jill Hickman has been certified as a WBEA member - a designation which is recognized and required by most major corporations and governmental agencies as a purchasing criteria.

THE MYERS-BRIGGS TYPE INDICATOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM: Certified by The Center for Applications of Psychological Type as a Certified Practitioner of the MBTI Step I and Step II Instruments. After more than 60 years of research and development, the current MBTI assessment is the most widely used instrument for understanding normal personality differences. More than two million MBTI assessments are administered annually in the United States. The MBTI tool is also used internationally and has been translated into more than 30 languages.
