Our Investment in Others

We believe that building better leaders and business begins at home and in our communities. Teaching others about leadership requires exemplifying responsible citizenship. Jill Hickman Companies provides company resources of time and money for employees to engage in meaningful pursuits of leadership, volunteering with charities, participating in special projects at their churches or schools, and/or engaging in long-term commitments to special causes.
