During his tenure in the Computer Service Division, he held seeral positions including Manufacturing Manager, Field Service Logistics Manager, Field Service Operations Manager and Major Account Manager. In 1993, her co-founded Actualized Growth Inc, and in 1999, he founded Impact Training and Development. He has conducted various Leadership Development and Team Building training programs with many Fortune 500 companies, including international programs in Venezuela and Mexico. He is a Certified Ropes Course Facilitator and Facilitator Trainer. He is a Certified Professional Coach and also has over 10 years of experience utlizing Total Quality Management programs in the corporate setting. Michael has also served five years on the Board of Directors for the Houston Chapter of the American Society of Training and Development. He served as President in 2005.
