Jill believes that leadership must take an active role inside and outside the organization. "Leadership doesn't stop at the doors to your company. It's a lifetime commitment to identify and respond to the need around you, be that a professional, organizational, or civic responsibility. Whether that response dictates your direct involvement or in identifying others who can step up to the plate, leadership demands acute observation, a willingness to learn, and the courage to take action."
