12 tele-coaching sessions, 60 minutes each PLUS additional three, half-day, in-person sessions

Note: Coaching Plan & Agreement Form must be completed & returned to Jill Hickman Companies prior to purchasing any plan online.

This plan expires 12 months from date of signed coaching agreement. These 12 tele-coaching sessions may be scheduled at your convenience and my availability during the business week (Monday - Friday).

With this plan only, You Will Have Access To:

• Additional in-person sessions with me.  At the conclusion of the 3rd, 6th, and 12th sessions,  I will work with you in person at your work site or at a mutually agreed upon location.  In these half-day sessions, we will determine how to best serve you...by attending presentations and meetings that you hold with work groups to offer observations of your interactions and impact with others, observing methods and practices for using your time during the work day, and observing your interactions with others and the imapct of those interactions.
• Online premiere leadership development assessment and learning curriculum with 12 month access from date  of signed Coaching Agreement. Based on the Lominger Leadership Competencies, this program identifies 12 competencies for your specific leadership development.  This 12-month development plan is based on your unique skills, understanding of leadership best practices, and the application of those leadership behaviors in your interactions.
