This deck contains 52 cards, each with a single word for users to select their highest values as individuals, teams, organizations, or families. Instructions: users self-sort the deck into three stacks: Most Important, Important, Least Important values. From the stack of Most Important values, users then follow the same process again until the Most Important deck contains 5-8 value cards. When working with others (team or family), users can sort the decks together in this process, or they can self-sort the deck first and then combine their Most Important values stack to continue the sorting process together.
